Orlando is uniquely positioned to overcome challenges that many other developers and constructors face. As the owner, designer, constructor, and property manager, we control the entire project life cycle from start-to-finish. Our goal is to integrate design, construction, and property management into a single process to provide cleaner and more energy-efficient buildings. Orlando LEED Projects:

LEED – NC : New Construction This rating system applies to new construction and major renovations and takes into account leased Tenant spaces.

i) 125 Edgeware Road, Brampton : Distribution Warehouse 328,503 sq. ft. warehouse facility. Achieved LEED Silver Certification
ii) 31 Brodie Drive, Richmond Hill: Canada Post 30,000 sq. ft. mail sorting facility. Achieved Leed Certification 2013

LEED – CI : Commercial Interiors:

This rating system applies to Tenant improvements of new or existing office space.

i) 99 Hereford Street, Brampton : Medtronics 78,000 sq. ft. office build out. Achieved LEED Silver Certification
ii) 5985 McLaughlin Road, Mississauga : Schneider Electric 65,000 sq. ft. office build out. Achieved LEED Silver Certification

LEED – CS : Core and Shell:

This rating system applies to buildings where less than 50% of the building area will be fit-up to LEED Canada NC requirements prior to certification.

i) 905 Britannia Road West, Mississauga : Retail Building 90,000 sq. ft. retail building Achieved LEED Silver Certification
ii) 60 Standish Court, Mississauga : TJX Canada 400,000 sq. ft. office building Achieved LEED Silver Certification
