As Vice President, Blair’s responsibilities include oversight of all land development, leasing and marketing activities that comprise Orlando’s expanding portfolio. Applying a disciplined and selective strategy to purchasing under Blair’s leadership, Orlando Corporation has secured a land bank of prestigious, undeveloped land in excess of an additional 800 acres throughout the GTA. He is an active member of the Board of Directors BILD and has earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. |

Chris joined Orlando Corporation as a Project Manager for their Construction Division in 2003 where he completed many renovation and speculative construction projects throughout the company’s Industrial, Office, and Retail Portfolios. His transition into the Leasing Division brings with it a wealth of practical experience and a thorough understanding of the company’s operations which is a testament to the company’s philosophy of building their talent from within. |

Antonio’s mechanical engineering background and past work experience have proven to be an exceptional asset for the company. Antonio has worked on several complex assignments including large distribution center requirements for multi-national corporations and re-development projects within the company’s Industrial Portfolio. |

Jon’s previous experience in project management, brokerage sales and acquisitions culminated with him joining Orlando Corporation in 2014. His passion for industrial real estate has quickly established Jon as a reliable team member within the Leasing Division and amongst his colleagues. Jon is a professional engineer, a member of NAIOP, and has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. |

Matthew brings his experience working on outdoor and enclosed shopping centres to the Orlando retail leasing team. His previous work across Southern Ontario and Eastern Canada with diverse asset classes in office and retail leasing has prepared him for leasing Orlando's retail properties including Heartland Town Centre. Matthew has an MBA specializing in real estate and has worked with the ICSC NextGen organization since 2012. |
