Chris joined Orlando Corporation as a Project Manager for their Construction Division in 2003 where he completed many renovation and speculative construction projects throughout the company’s Industrial, Office, and Retail Portfolios. His transition into the Leasing Division brings with it a wealth of practical experience and a thorough understanding of the company’s operations which is a testament to the company’s philosophy of building their talent from within. |

Jon’s previous experience in project management, brokerage sales and acquisitions culminated with him joining Orlando Corporation in 2014. His passion for industrial real estate has quickly established Jon as a reliable team member within the Leasing Division and amongst his colleagues. Jon is a professional engineer, a member of NAIOP, and has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. |

Matthew brings his experience working on outdoor and enclosed shopping centres to the Orlando retail leasing team. His previous work across Southern Ontario and Eastern Canada with diverse asset classes in office and retail leasing has prepared him for leasing Orlando's retail properties including Heartland Town Centre. Matthew has an MBA specializing in real estate and has worked with the ICSC NextGen organization since 2012. |

Paola joined Orlando Corporation in 2015 where she successfully established marketing and communication initiatives for Heartland Town Centre. Her passion for retail, in-depth knowledge of Orlando properties and experience and collaboration with Orlando’s seasoned leasing professionals assisted her transition into the Leasing Department in 2020. Over the years, Paola has obtained valuable experience working on deal negotiations, retail development strategies and asset management. While focused on leasing and cultivating long-term relationships with retail tenants, Paola continues to manage marketing initiatives for Orlando. |
